Your company’s identity is more than just a logo. It’s a presence that represents your company which is carried throughout all aspects of your company. Your identity represents who you are, what you do and how you’re perceived by others.

Identity can be represented through multiple outlets such as; business cards, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, product gear, print and media advertisements, signs, websites and even how your office is decorated. Think about how you would like your company to be perceived then research whether or not your actual perceptions match.

1. What to you think your image should be? Start by asking yourself “What do I want my customers to say and think about my products, services and company?” By doing this you will determine the type of identity you’re looking for.
